Material: Monel400,Monel401,Monel404,Monel R405,Moenl K500 and Inconel wire. Monel400 alloy wire is the most common material that corrosion resisting in the hydrofluoric acid,muriatic acid,phosphoric acid,organic acid and alkaline medium.

Monel 400This alloy contains approximately 67% nickel, 28% copper, and 5% other elements. It is essentially non-corrodible. It Is more resistant than copper to oxidation and is more resistant than nickel to reducing conditions. Monel was very popular in the past for food processing due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high strength. Monel wire cloth is often replaced today with stainless steel. This 400 grade monel is highly resistant to the corrosive action of acids, alkalides and salt water. It has the same strength of mild steel.

Weave Pattern: plain weave, twill weave, dutch weave.

Usage:

This mesh can be used make heat exchangerm,pressure vessels,value,pump,reaction kettles and oil pipes.
