Flat Wire Conveyor Belt
The flat wire belt is a continuous assembly of flat wire pickets
connected by straight round wire inserted through positioned holes.
Standard duty belts are normally equipped with clinched edges to
prevent shrinkage on the rods, but can also be furnished with
button-head welded edges. Heavy duty belts are normally equipped with button-head welded
edges but can also be furnished with clinched edges to prevent
shrinkage on the rods. It has a smooth carrying surface which makes
it popular in the canning and food processing industries, as well
as the drying, freezing, washing, and parts transfer processes.
Types: Standard Duty Clinched Selvage Belting; Standard Duty Welded
Selvage Belting; Heavy Duty Welded Selvage Belting; Heavy Duty
Clinched Selvage Belting; Key-Turn Heavy Duty Radius Belting.
Materials: AISI304(DIN1.4301), SUS304; AISI316(DIN1.4401), SUS304. And other
grade of stainless steel. Also available with galvanized low carbon
steel(C-1015) and high carbon steel(C-1045).
