Stainless Steel Plain Dutch Weave Wire Mesh
Dutch weave wire mesh also known as “Hollander weave mesh” is ideal for high-pressure filtration as this is stronger and more durable than plain weave wire meshes. The Dutch uses larger diameters and each weave pattern is made up of a limited number of warp wires, which are interwoven with weft wires creating a cloth that can withstand strong pressure. This type of mesh is usually used for liquid filtration for petrochemical, aerospace, pharmaceutical and even on wastewater treatment facilities.
Plain Dutch Weave: Similar interlacing as in Plain Weave, except the warp wires are larger diameter than the shute wires. The lighter shute wires are driven up close thus forming a dense filtering medium. This weave displays a tapered or wedge-shaped opening.
Characteristics:
1. Warp wire has bigger dia than shute wire
2. Shute wires are possibly bound close to each other
3. High accuracy
4. Nominal or no pressure loss while filtration
5. Supreme filtration surface
6. More stable than square and rectangular wire mesh
Features:
Heat, acid, corrosion resistance, wear resistance. Surface smooth,
clean, non-toxic, health, environmental protection.
●the filter effect is very stable: in the production process
selected high quality raw materials to the use of the process is
not easy deformation;
●strength: high-quality materials with high pressure resistance,
can withstand greater intensity of work;
●the cleaning is simple: a single layer of filter material having a
clean simple features, especially for backwash;
●high temperature performance: up to withstand high temperatures of
around 480 ℃;
●with corrosion resistance: stainless steel material itself has
ultra-high corrosion and wear resistance;
●ease of processing: high-quality materials, whether cutting,
bending, stretching, welding and other procedures can be completed
well.
Material: AISI302, 304, 304L, 316, 304L, 316L, 321, etc.
Weaving methods: Plain Dutch Weave("Warp×Weft" same meaning to "Warp×Shute")

Application:
Plain dutch weave filter mesh is commonly used for fine filtration
of liquid products and provides good flow rates and even openings.
