Stainless Steel Plain Dutch Weave Wire Mesh

Plain dutch weaving mesh is produced by use of coarse mesh in the warp and a fine mesh with relatively smaller wire the fill. Has greater strength with very fine openings. Primarily used as filter cloth. The shapes and position of the openings aid particle retention and increase filter cake formation.

Plain dutch weave mesh is most frequently used for high pressure filtration prcesser to separate from other medium in industry of spaceflight, petroleum, chemical, etc.

4. Nominal or no pressure loss while filtration

Weaving methods: Plain Dutch Weave("Warp×Weft" same meaning to "Warp×Shute")

Woven as a plain weave, but with the warp wires of greater diameter than the weft wires. The weft wires are very close together so that a so-called zero-mesh structure is formed; while the warp wires are thicker and arranged wider apart.

Application:
These are commonly used for filter candles in edible oil refining, large mechanical loads for pre-coat filters, food and pharmaceutical filtration.
