Stainless Steel Twill Weave Wire Cloth
For heavier needs, the twill weave is recommended. The shute wire
is passed above and under two warp wires ensuring that the weave is
sturdier as this produces a stronger and more durable wire mesh.
The warp and weft have the same diameters thus creating a close
diagonal pattern. This type of pattern is mostly used for
filtration.
325 mesh twill weave stainless steel wire mesh including 325 wires
and openings of 1 inch. Using 0.035-0.04mm diameter wire, by twill
weaving, woven 325 mesh opening for 0.038-0.043mm liquid or gas
filter. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable,
therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving
process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.

Materials: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L
304 stainless steel: Most common stainless alloy used in wire
weaving. Excellent corrosion properties and can withstand
temperatures of 1100 Degrees F.
304L stainless steel: Similar properties as 304ss but lower carbon
content to permit better welding.
316 stainless steel: Similar properties to 304ss but is stabilized
by the addition of Molybdenum for increased resistance to chemical
corrosion.
316L stainless steel: Similar properties as 316ss but lower carbon
content to permit better welding.
Weaving Type: Twill weave
Characteristics: Flat surface, no fault .The performances of acid resisting.
Alkali-resisting.heat-resisting and wear-resisting, etc.
